Production Operatives

Wanted to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern – Day:06:00-18:00  Night:18:00-06:00

£11.84 per hour for day shift.

£13.67 per hour for night shift (includes shift premium)*

*Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have finished full time education to work the night shift

You will be trained across a variety of tasks from weighing ingredients to palletising finished product and all operations in between.  You will be responsible for working safely, maintaining low levels of waste and ensuring high quality standards at all times.

No experience or qualifications are required, however you will need high personal hygiene standards, the ability to follow instructions and be happy to work as part of a team.

Engineer - Nutrition & Wellness

REPORTING TO: Engineering Manager

Description of role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager this role will encompass electrical and mechanical maintenance of FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) production equipment alongside a vision for future innovation. The successful candidate will be required to follow a preventative maintenance schedule in line with industry standards as well as immediately responding to any production breakdowns. The multi skilled Engineer will be expected to work closely with the Production team in identifying efficiency & waste improvements

NPD Development Technologist

Wanted to work 8am to 4pm, with flexibility around product trials

Salary in the region of £25,000 per year, depending on experience

We are recruiting a new role within our NPD team, due to the additional number of new products we are creating

Previous experience in New Product Development required, especially from the food industry.

You will be responsible for your own projects from conception through to trial and full production, while supporting the existing team with other projects

You will need to be creative, innovative, methodical and resilient to ensure that ingredients used and products created are in line with customer briefs and costs, legislation and regulatory requirements

Working closely with the Production and Technical teams, you must have confidence in experimenting with flavours, ingredients and quantities to create delicious, nutritious and good quality snack bars

This is a hands-on role within our NPD kitchen, where no 2 days are the same.  Training will be provided where needed, but a food related degree or equivalent qualification or equivalent practical experience from a food manufacturing industry, would be beneficial
